Welcome back everyone!! Today I will further explain some of the thoughts and feelings I have experienced throughout this process and ho w it has affected my life in larger aspects as well. To begin, t hroughout this experience I have noticed quite a few minor changes in my nightly routine. A couple of weeks ago, I have decided to take some advice from my previous post and no longer incorporate multitasking into my coloring and completely unp lugging to unwind and enjoy a peaceful coloring session before bed. Two to three times a week, usually when I have an early morning ahead of me, instead of watching Netflix and looking through various social media apps, I will turn on a calming playlist, light a candle and color.
